Why Those Meant to Find It Will©

PCHone© was born from a need to find better-made logo wear items for our own restaurants. After finding only 'pre-made' items like caps and tee shirts with the embroidery so bad that our logo looked nothing like the printed files and our tee shirts felt as if they had been silk-screened with a rubber stamp, it was decided that we could do a better job ourselves, so out came the old sewing machine. First, we made our own tee shirts and aprons using the finest Sea Island cotton we could find. Next, we went to the top of the printing business and asked them what ink to use to make the highest quality, with a soft feel, having money not be an issue. Then, we went to the company that at the time made the finest embroidery machines and asked them the same question. Make us the best embroidery machines not simply the fastest.

    In those first few years we made a lot of mistakes and a few home runs, but after 6 years we had what we wanted, the only problem was it cost 4 times what we had been paying before. Oh well, we had an item that we loved and because I owned the restaurants who cared. Then, a few friends started asking me if I could make them their logo wearable items... After a few years our little "side business", had grown into a million dollar company with customers both small and large. We sold our restaurant group in the 80's to focus on our growing customers. Soon we had full factories here in the US as well as Italy, employing well over 3000 people, with a production capacity of more then 50k items per-day.

    PCHone© is a place of mind, and a special spot on the map. It runs along the California coast straight into our very souls. We are a part of this place and enjoy each day with its, Sun, Fog, Rain and Wind.

    Each PCHone© project, like the surf and sand we so enjoy to play in, start anew with each project we work on. You will never find a piece of ready-made logo wear in our factories. Each item is made from raw fabric to your vision and dreams.

    Now, with a 3rd generation beginning to take the helm of PCHone©, I wish to welcome you, the few who were meant to find it... It's your story, we just wish to help you tell it in all your wearable needs.
